Shinikami Shinshi is an Invader from Gate Keepers 1985.
He has he power of the Eye of Genocide which can kill on sight or drain energy. He is rumored to be the strongest of the Eight Cadre Invaders.
History
Shinikami Shinshi fought Shun Ukiya, Megumi Kurogane and Reiji Kageyama in the year 1985. Shinikami Shinshi died along with Shun after a battle in an explosion.
